Responsibilities & Context:
1. Prepare and cook food daily for more than 100 people as per menu and order.
2. Plan daily menus according to customer needs, budget, and food availability.
3. Ensure food quality, taste, and proper portion for all meals.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
5. Check freshness and proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
6. Manage kitchen helpers and guide them during food preparation.
7. Ensure timely cooking and food delivery as per schedule.
8. Control food waste and use ingredients properly to reduce cost.
9. Follow food safety rules and health standards while cooking.
10. Report daily kitchen needs, issues, and stock requirements to management.
