Company Overview: KHANZA’S is a newly established roadside food shop offering delicious Pizza, Burgers, Fried Rice, Shakes, and other fast-food items. Located beside the main road near a women’s college and school in Rangpur Sadar. KHANZA’S aims to serve fresh, tasty, and affordable food in a cozy and creative atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items such as pizza, burgers, and fried rice according to standard recipes. Focus on Pizza.

• Ensure perfect dough preparation, balanced toppings, and proper baking (wood or gas oven).

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and hygiene.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.

• Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and cooking time efficiently.

• Monitor temperature and timing to avoid overcooking or undercooking.

• Check and prepare all ingredients before starting work (mise en place).

• Ensure all utensils, tools, and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.

• Report shortages of ingredients or supplies to management on time.

• Handle customer orders politely and maintain a positive attitude.

• Follow BSTI or local food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist in food packing, serving, or delivery when required.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork, and follow management instructions.

• Suggest and update recipes based on customer feedback and preferences.

• Have a business mindset to understand profit/loss and help set menu prices.

• Control food costs while ensuring good taste and quality.

• Be creative in introducing new menu items or seasonal specials.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum HSC pass (education may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).

• Graduates will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a restaurant, fast food, or pizza shop preferred.

• Candidates skilled in Italian-style pizza making will get priority.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 35 years

• Must be smart, neat, punctual, honest, and non-smoker.

• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

• Willing to work flexible hours (day/night shifts if required).

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
