Job Context:
∎ Solutionbpo Ltd. is a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, delivering exceptional customer experience and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking Chat Support Agents for USA customers to join our team.
∎ The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customers, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, and conversing in a polite and professional manner. They will also be responsible for answering frequently asked questions, providing technical support assistance when needed, and always providing the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customers, identify customer issues, provide solutions, converse in a polite and professional manner, and perform data entry.
∎ Respond to inbound customer inquiries.
∎ Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem.
∎ Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed.
∎ Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Ability to multitask as you will be required to handle multiple chats at once.
∎ Excellent written English grammar and spelling skills at a C1 level.
∎ Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
∎ Strong empathy and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
∎ Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered.
∎ Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
∎ Ability to work independently while researching information.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications including the ability to navigate through the web and various tools provided.
∎ A motivated and sales-driven attitude with a desire to succeed

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
