Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in hospital management / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CEO will lead to be the central point of all internal & external operations.
∎ Must have capability and experience to lead 75 to 100 bedded hospital.
∎ Responsible and ensure delivering the best quality of patients care.
∎ Formulate and implement Clinical Policy and Procedures (CPP).
∎ Develop a relationship with outside organizations, including the medical community, referring physicians and the media.
∎ Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall hospital objectives.
∎ Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
∎ Oversee risk management and legal activities; client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
∎ Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against the set-out goals,
∎ Communicate regularly and effectively and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including management, employees, vendors, partners, and customers.
∎ Have to act as functional head and coordinate with all departments in hospital for better functionality and will guide, motivate, control and handle employee issues.
∎ Perform other duties specially assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15-20 years' experience preferred
∎ Retired army officials will get added advantage
