Job Context:
∎ Chief Executive Officer to lead the dedicated team of a Life Insurance Company with the following prerequisites:
∎ Chief Executive Officer is a full time higher management position & directly accountable to the Board of Directors with strategic plans for the development of business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overall administration and management of the Company.
∎ He should have a clean conception in all prevailing rules & regulations of Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA), Company Law, BSEC, DSE & CSE Laws & Income Tax Ordinance relating to the life insurance business and should comply necessary qualification mentioned in Insurance Act & Insurance Regulations, regarding appointment of CEO.
∎ He will be responsible for ensuring sustained growth of the company and liaison with related regulatory authorities. He should have the ability to meet the risk & challenges in a competitive market with dynamic outlook.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ The Chief Executive Officer should possess a strong personality, exposure & adequate knowledge of life insurance sector.

Salary:
∎ Salary and allowances will be commensurate with experience & qualifications.
