Job Responsibilities:
∎ Service Center In charge is overall responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
∎ This position will supervise a team and manage overall customer care center activities of a respective region.
∎ Coordinate with all center functions (Front Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, and Logistics etc.) and reported to regions and head office both way smooth center operation.
∎ Able to prepare and ensure various related reports.
∎ Ensure the center with all administration and logistic support.
∎ Guide & Lead the team to attain service target.
∎ Excellent relationship management with dealer and local sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
∎ Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
∎ Good Planning and decision Making Skill.
∎ He must be able to manage People.
∎ He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.
