Job Title: Assistant Outlet Operation Manager-Mini Super Shop

Job Purpose: The Branch In-Charge will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, sales, customer service, inventory control, and profitability of a 500 sft mini super shop. The role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with established policies, and delivery of excellent shopping experiences to customers.

Education: HSC (preferred) or minimum SSC/Equivalent

Experience:

1–2 years’ experience in retail sales/shop operations

Experience in the following business areas will be an advantage: Retail Store, Super Store, Grocery Shop, Showroom

Additional Requirements

Age: 18 to 28 years

Experience in a similar field will be preferred

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients

Positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and maintain daily overall showroom operations

Deal with customers cordially, respond to queries, and handle complaints professionally

Gain proper knowledge of products/services and recommend related items to customers

Ensure products are attractively displayed and store cleanliness is maintained

Promote new products, offers, and promotions to boost sales

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts

Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely replenishment of goods

Manage cash register, POS system, billing accuracy, and daily cash banking

Supervise sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved

Handle daily order receiving, delivery follow-up, and expense tracking

Prepare and submit daily reports to the line manager

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager
