মাপঝোক ও ডিজাইন বুঝে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা
মেশিন ও হাতের যন্ত্রপাতি ব্যবহারে পারদর্শী
পরিশ্রমী, দায়িত্বশীল ও সময়নিষ্ঠ
কাস্টম ও রেডিমেড ফার্নিচার তৈরি
রিপেয়ার ও ফিনিশিং কাজ
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা
কাজ শিখের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
