Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take care of a 6 storied commercial building at Uttara sector-9.
∎ Maintain building lift, Generator, sub-station and supervise Electrical, civil, sanitary and others works by our own employees.
∎ He should also collect rent and other charges from tenant time to time.
∎ Inform headquarter about problems of the building day to day and any work assassin by the authority.
∎ He should take care the building by staying in building station (Living & cooking facilities are available) in 24 hours.
∎ He also supervise building security and cleaners.He also take care our own organization at 2/3rd floor of the building.
∎ Caretaker of our firm house at Basundhara N Block.
∎ Area of the firm house is 40 katha with a decorative building, swimming pool, trees and gardens of vegetables and fruits.
∎ He should know agricultural work and gardening.
∎ Accommodation and cooking facilities are available.
∎ He should supervise the firm house by staying at the premises in 24 hours.
∎ S.S.C but for the highly experienced education may be relaxed
