- Age 18 to 40 years
- Required Experiences: Caregiver work/Professional Nursing /health worker will get preference. (Unskilled candidate will get 360 hours training by NSDA accredited institution).
Other skills:
- Compassion & patience: A caring, empathetic approach to clients need.
- Physical stamina: Ability to assist clients with physical tasks, including lifting and transferring when needed.
- Good communication skills: Ability to understand and respond to clients needs even when clients have limited communication abilities.
- Dependability & reliability: Punctuality and consistency are critical in caregiving roles.
- Basic health knowledge.

Unskilled or non-trained persons will be trained by ACRO Caregiving Training Center.
Competent or certified by ACRO Caregiving Training Center under Govt of Bangladesh, National Skill Development Authority, Bangladesh.
360 hours Caregiving Training (Level 2, 3) Course Fees : Applicable.
Overseas career: Interested applicant need General Caregiving Level- 02 or Elderly Care Level -03 completion certificate by NSDA.
Language proficiency: Knowing Japanese, Douch, English language in both Speaking & Reading will get additional advantage for working Visa in Denmark, Japan, UK & South Korea.

Each country has its own specific process to select eligible candidate as a caregiver so ACTC will provide basic guideline and assistance to face successful interview session in front of representative of those country.
