Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessment of Caregiver: Selecting caregiver or nanny according to NSDA guidelines.
∎ Training and Development: Providing training and orientation to caregivers/nanny before recruitment and develop any lacking in care-giving skillness
∎ Scheduling: Creating and managing schedules for caregivers, taking into account client needs and employee availability
∎ Client Assessment: Assessing the needs of clients and matching them with appropriate caregivers.
∎ Communication: Maintaining communication with caregivers, clients, and their families
∎ Documentation: Keeping detailed records of caregiver assignments, client progress, and any incidents.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of care.
∎ Problem Solving Capability
∎ Compliance: Ensuring that caregivers adhere to legal and ethical standards in healthcare.
∎ Assessment and Improvement: Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of caregiving services and making improvements as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skill : excel, word and Official related computer expertise is a mandatory option
∎ Communication skill: should be superb

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ For Freshers : 10000
