Caregiver (daily): help with bathing, feeding, toileting, moving
Physiotherapy: regular exercises to improve movement and prevent stiffness
Nursing care (if needed): medicine, monitoring, preventing bedsores
Doctor follow-up: regular checkups
Speech/swallow therapy: if speech or swallowing is affected
Safe home setup: bed support, wheelchair, commode
