Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applicants must be proficient in English as they will be responsible for making outbound calls to American companies to generate sales.
∎ Work Hours: 8-hour shifts, Night shift only.
∎ Office Location: House-225,Road-12, Nabinagar DOHS,SAVAR,DHAKA .
∎ Responsibilities:
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic salary plus sales bonus.
∎ Experienced individuals with MCA qualification may earn between 12000 to 25,000 (basic salary) plus sales bonus.
∎ Salary Review: Conducted every 6 months based on performance.
∎ Exceptional performance may lead to early increments.
∎ Transportation allowance provided after 3 months of employment.
∎ Food allowance provided after 3 months of employment.
∎ Attendance bonus
∎ Exclusive Bonus
∎ Festival bonus
∎ Floor cash
∎ Daily sales Bonus
∎ Yearly Bonus
