∎ Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or retail support role is an advantage.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
∎ Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call handling software, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and respond to customer calls regarding product availability, pricing, order placement, delivery updates, and complaints.
∎ Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, feedback, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Record customer orders accurately into the system and ensure coordination with the logistics team for timely delivery.
∎ Maintain a detailed understanding of fish and meat products offered by the company, including types, cuts, prices, and seasonal availability.
∎ Provide guidance to customers on product selection and cooking preferences when necessary.
∎ Handle complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
∎ Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the database.
∎ Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
∎ Adhere to company call handling standards, etiquette, and performance targets.
