Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time position that has to work with patients.
∎ Provide the best services to the patients and the attendant of the patients.
∎ Should be experienced in working in the call center.
∎ Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate has to handle inbound and outbound call
∎ Call the patients for an appointment
∎ Call the patients to remind them of the follow-up call
∎ Conduct survey via telephone
∎ Answer the queries of the patients.
