Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering queries about the company from customers.
∎ Calling the staffs of the fleet in case of any incidents.
∎ Selling tickets to customers.
∎ Preparing a report on call center daily activities
∎ Create a project to survey customers over phone call and create an effective report.
∎ Handling complaints over phone
∎ Informing about business opportunities via calls.
