∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, ISP, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate cold calls to prospective customers.
∎ To generate sales leads, convert them into opportunities and hand those over to the sales team for sales closure.
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming queries and handle customer's inquiries via phone, email, mail, social media and in walk-in customers.
∎ Greet customers enthusiastically and ascertain problem or reason for communicating distinctly.
∎ Correspond with customer and inter-department: Sales through various communication channels.
∎ Receive customer complaints via phone, email and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Strong coordination with other departments within business to assure excellent service quality.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Communicate sales promotions/campaigns and up sale products and services.
∎ Coordinate among internal departments for smooth delivery of service.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
