Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering in 4 Years any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ TRAINING OVERVIEW:
∎ Professional Customer Service (Specially designed for Call Center Service Sectors)
∎ Extensive training courses for customer service for fresh graduates
∎ Participate regular basis on training sessions (Both theoretical & Practical)
∎ 2.5 months (5 Classes in a week)
∎ Total Batch: 6 in a Day
∎ Class Time: 1st Batch- 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 2nd Batch- 1 pm to 5 pm
∎ Total Number of Classes: 55
∎ Minimum attendance required at training (80%) for successful completion
∎ Gaining service knowledge through theoretical and practical hands on sessions
∎ Maintain and cope with new insights and assessment from training facilitators
∎ Proving competency through different assessment programs under certified industry assessors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
