Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand Client Demand
∎ Quality Check
∎ Team Management
∎ Provide Client Service
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
∎ Resolve client's queries, complaints, and issues.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
∎ Handle emergencies and escalate when necessary.
∎ Document and report nighttime trends and feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Must be fluent in English
∎ Need to do at Night shift (7 PM - 4 AM)
∎ Need to come to office
∎ 1-2 years in relevant field
∎ Agency guys will get a preference

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 weekend (Sunday)
∎ Food and snacks (Fully subsidized)
