Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ *Must be able to talk in **Hindi** & English.
∎ Strong communication, both written and verbal.
∎ Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Great active listening skills.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and report building skills.
∎ A patient and empathetic attitude.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ Adaptability and flexibility.
∎ Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
∎ Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 30 years

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
