Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have to make outbound calls to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Identify customer needs, give precise information and provide fast solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
