Job Context:
∎ Urgent hiring Call Center Representatives
∎ Excellent speaking and listening skills in English will be much appreciated.
∎ Day Shift ( 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM )

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ The candidates must be fluent in English.
∎ The candidates who are experienced in Airduct/Solar campaign are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Answer and respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers
∎ Provide information about products and services
∎ Take orders and process payments
∎ Resolve customer problems and complaints
∎ Provide technical support
∎ Upsell and cross-sell products and services
∎ Build and maintain relationships with customers
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
