∎ As a Call Center Executive, you will be in most cases the very first point of contact for our clients (B2B), so making a great impression is the key factor, therefore we are looking for enthusiastic, and hardworking person to join our dynamic sales team.
∎ We will provide fantastic training for SEO and call center executive profession,

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business to Business dealings only ( 100% overseas clients ).
∎ Corresponding through phone calls and then emails with the top Management of the company.
∎ Scheduling appointments, offer promotions and sending Invoices
∎ Necessary Data entry, SEO,
∎ Weekly Follow up with clients about services.
∎ General administrative duties.
∎ Information Technology and Digital Marketing terminology a plus
∎ Maintain good contact with the merchant on regular basis.
∎ Driving new sales, prospecting new business, developing existing leads
∎ Updating all systems and CRM databases
∎ IDEAL CANDIDATE:
∎ Able to deal with Merchant requests in a friendly manner
∎ Enjoys being a part of supportive team that exudes a positive atmosphere and looking to join a fast-growing practice
∎ Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to help in all areas of the practice
∎ Is energetic and cheerful
∎ Must be empathetic, friendly and willing to go above and beyond!
∎ Demonstrated superior Merchant care services and attention to detail
∎ Must have 1 Years International Call Center experience
∎ Must be willing to work 6 Days (Monday to Saturday).
∎ Must be willing to work as per International Calendar.
∎ *** This position is open to all but candidate must be fluent in English ***


Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 45 years
∎ Fluent in English

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
