Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound Customer Service & Outbound Telemarketing.
∎ Persuade the clients by cold calling to buy explaining to them how the services or products meet their requirements.
∎ Prior proven experience as a Telemarketer or sales roles.
∎ Proven record of meeting sales targets through cold calling.
∎ Explain products and prices and answer questions from customers.
∎ Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database.
∎ Go ‘extra mile’ to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 14000 (Monthly)
