∎ Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent.
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or Text.
∎ You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges. Customer Support Services, Telemarketing Services, IT help desk Services.
