Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently
∎ De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
∎ Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products
∎ Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
∎ Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
∎ Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via call.
∎ Create a new order and provide to packaging team.
∎ Daily order confirmation through outbound calls.
∎ Use outbound calls to reach out to customers and verify orders.
∎ Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.
∎ Handle situations in the absence of a Team Leader.
∎ Daily report to Team Leader.
∎ Act as the company gatekeeper.
∎ Collecting positive reviews from customers.
∎ Daily drop call back
∎ Walk in support(Optional)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Good working knowledge about Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Must have good typing speed in both Bangla & English (Above 30)
