Job Context:
∎ *We are looking for a Customer Service Representative having good verbal communication skills in Bangla. Receive Phone calls, Client handle & ability to convince over the phone.
∎ *Fresher are welcome..

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers via phone call
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details
∎ Manage social Media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc) and respond/reply to customers queries.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
