Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tele-Marketing, Tele-Sales
∎ In-Bound Calls, Out-Bound Calls
∎ Taking Feedback
∎ Market Survey
∎ Client Services ( part of BPO)
∎ Ready to work in mutually agreed work-shift
∎ Use software tools for recording, updating and analyzing call information

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Must have excellent English and Bangla language skills
∎ Must have working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
