Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ RIC is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our growing Microfinance Program in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries and providing information about our loan products & services. She will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of member interactions and forwarding necessary information to the Microfinance Program.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound Calls:
∎ · Document member/caller complaints and forward them to the MIS Team for further investigation.
∎ · Respond to member inquiries and provide assistance related to loan applications, including loan types, required documentation, and the loan disbursement timeline.
∎ · Offer comprehensive information about loans, services, and Savings Scheme provided by the organization.
∎ · Handle inquiries from candidates regarding interview scheduling, necessary documentation, and starting dates for open positions.
∎ · Verify member's mobile numbers and basic information (Name, father's name, spouse's name, etc.).
∎ · Provide branch information (Address, phone numbers, etc.) to callers.
∎ · Inform members about their current information like loan and savings balance, installments payments etc.
∎ Outbound Calls:
∎ · Cross-check loan disbursement amounts and take members feedback on disbursement process.
∎ · Verify member's mobile numbers and basic information (Name, father's name, spouse's name, etc.).
∎ · Make HR department-related calls, including recruitment, joining, exam schedules, address and document information provide for candidates.
