Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming/outcoming calls.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have marketing & Communication experience.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Attending office meetings for grooming.
∎ Client handling (suggestions, complaints & regular feedback)
∎ Client communication (regular updates, building relationships)
∎ Regular reporting and analysis.
∎ Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
