Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have completed-Diploma/ Bachelor/ Master's degree from any reputed local or foreign university.
Job Context:
∎ Noble IT solution Ltd is offering a free certificate training course (2.5 months) under the project of Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) guided by the Finance Ministry of Government of Bangladesh on `Professional Customer Service` in order to create skilled resources within the sector for Call Center/ Business Process outsourcing (BPO). We will also provide job placement assistance for those who will complete the training session successfully.
∎ The training will be a part of your skill improvement and career development process.
∎ 20 hours professional business communication course in English.
∎ The training will be 2.5 months (220 hours-4 hours per day, weekly 5 days, and total 55 classes) and after successful completion certificate will be provided.
∎ After successfully completion the training period motivational payments will be made to the trainees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ NID Card
∎ Pleasant and friendly mannerism.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy.
∎ Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
∎ Punctuality.
∎ For physically challenged has extra advantage.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
Salary:
