∎ The story of `DHAKACALLS` starts in the year 2008. As an International Call Center, we are connected to the global market (USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & UK) as well as to the Domestic Call Center & BPO market with update information technology.
∎ We are providing an extensive training program on "Professional Customer Service" (PCS) to our Bangladeshi youth and place them in jobs in the BPO/Call Center industry.
∎ Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) in collaboration with Bangladesh Association of Call center and Outsourcing (BACCO), is aiming to produce adequate manpower in various fields and this training program is being implemented and funded by Finance Division (Ministry of Finance) & Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ After completion of the 2.5 months training, certificates will be awarded to successful trainees. Participants will avail a great opportunity for job placement in the prestigious Multi National Companies, Banks, TELECOM and Private Companies, etc.
∎ Option: Morning, Noon and evening shift available. Choose your preferable time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females, Disadvantaged and Ethnic Minorities are highly encouraged to apply and will get the privilege.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy, Ability to speak in Bengali with proper pronunciation and Basic understanding in English, Flexible to attend the program on any scheduled time and willing to do jobs in Call Center/ BPO.

Salary: Negotiable
