Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and efficiently handle a large volume of inbound calls to clients.
∎ Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding to them in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Manage online sales and follow up until the order is delivered.
∎ Receiving customer inquiries over the phone following the instructions.
∎ Keeping accurate records of customer information.
∎ Handle client complaints and offer appropriate solutions to establish long-term customer relationships.
∎ Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated personnel via the internal system for further investigation.
∎ Maintaining a courteous approach, ensuring the customer has a positive experience.
∎ Other related tasks delegated by management.
∎ Report complicated issues to the appropriate person regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call center/ Higher studies on visa Consultancy center will get preferred.
