∎ Skills Required: Data Entry, Freshers can apply., Microsoft word and excel, Pronounciation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring excellent customer service over the phone to existing and potential customers of MAC through incoming and outbound calls.
∎ Use of formal & proper language and pronunciation during the conversation with customers.
∎ Identify customer needs, give precise information with clarification, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
∎ Social media query management by replying to customer inquiries through different social media channels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer Management and effective communication skills.
∎ Strong command of both Bangla and English
∎ Formal & proper use of language and pronunciation is mandatory/prerequisite for this position
∎ Experience in working Call Center will be given preference.
∎ Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
∎ Empathic listener and persuasive speaker.
∎ Dedication and time management.
