Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, answer product-related
∎ questions, and provide information on our services and policies.
∎ Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns,
∎ ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
∎ Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with
∎ professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, promotions, and updates to
∎ guide customers effectively.
∎ Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat channels to
∎ provide the best possible customer experience.
∎ Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for
∎ future reference and analysis.
∎ Collaborate with various departments, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to
∎ ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
