∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Customers support.
∎ Maintaining customers records.
∎ Upselling and cross Selling.
∎ Meeting targets and KPIs.
∎ Following call center procedures and policies.
∎ Providing feedback.
∎ Staying updated on products and policies.
∎ Problem resolution.
∎ Multitasking and handling stress.
∎ Candidate must be working under one or two years Contract.
∎ Working hours 8 pm to 5 am.
