Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with European customer over phone and email .
∎ Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Ability to handle customers in a good manner.
∎ Data entry & reporting expert.
∎ Inform customers about products and services.
∎ Make overview daily report and submit to concern team leader.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Linguistic Ability: German C1/C2 & English C1/C2
∎ Duty Time: Monday- Friday ( 2.00pm - 10.00pm)

Salary: Negotiable
