Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ফোন কল রিসিভ করে গ্রাহকদের সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে হবে এবং বাংলা ভাষায় স্পষ্ট ভাষী হতে হবে।
∎ ক্লাইন্টের সাথে সুন্দর ও মিষ্ট ভাষী কথা বলা এবং তাদের অভিবাধন জানানো।
∎ ক্লাইন্টের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করা।
∎ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।
∎ Context :
∎ অফিস সময় : সকাল ৯:৩০ মিনিট থেকে রাত ৮ টা।
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ ফোন কল রিসিভ করে গ্রাহকদের সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে হবে এবং বাংলা ভাষায় স্পষ্ট ভাষী হতে হবে।
∎ ক্লাইন্টের সাথে সুন্দর ও মিষ্ট ভাষী কথা বলা এবং তাদের অভিবাধন জানানো।
∎ ক্লাইন্টের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করা।
∎ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।
