Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers to take inquiries
∎ and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and
∎ providing information.
∎ Call potential leads.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Collect customer's feedback and make report of that.
∎ Follow up customer calls.
∎ Prepare the invoice
∎ Packing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should possess client friendly attitude
∎ Should have patience and problem solving manner
∎ Should understand client needs
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Should be well conversant in MS Word, MS Excel and google sheet
