Job Context:
∎ Position: Call Center Executive - International Project - DAY & NIGHT SHIFT
∎ For Night Shift - Full time and Part Time.
∎ Full time - 6 days/week
∎ Part time- 3 days/week
Job Responsibilities:
∎ US expats will be coaching and training throughout the programme ..... LIVE !
∎ This position is open to all BUT candidate must be fluent in ENGLISH
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 19 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST BE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
∎ MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN ENGLISH.
∎ IELTS is a MUST (minimum score 5.5).
∎ Preferences will be given to English medium background.
∎ Experience with International Call Centre will get priority.
∎ Purely Inbound process. Not a Sales campaign but previous experience in International/US sales campaign will get preference.
