∎ Skills Required: 1. Ability to solve problem 2.Quick learner 3. Work under pressure, English, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Organized and Disciplined, Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center work experience will get preference., call centre executive, Call Centre Supervision Management, International Call Center
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

∎ We are looking for a Call Center Representative with good phone and verbal communication skills in English along with active listening.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow communication "scripts"
∎ Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information
∎ Maintaining communication through Email and Skype

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 17 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 21000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Attendance Bonus 2000 Tk
∎ Transportation Allowance 1000 Tk after 6 months of employment
