∎ HSC, A Level, O Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Context:
∎ Call Center Executive - International (Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow communication scripts.
∎ Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.
∎ Identify customer needs, and clarify information.
∎ Maintaining communication through Email and Skype.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Tour allowance, Credit card, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Attendance Bonus 2000 Tk.
∎ Transportation Allowance 2000 Tk after 3 months of employment.
