∎ American International University Bangladesh,Daffodil International University,BRAC University,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Contact Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), International Call Center, Telemarketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Contact Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Fluent in speaking English, Good communication skills, International Call Center, Team Leader (Sales), Telemarketing, telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using scripts to provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information
∎ Maintaining communication through Email and Skype

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in speaking English
∎ Multi tasking ability
∎ Self motivated
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Fluent in speaking English

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 21000 (Monthly)
∎ Attendance Bonus: 2000 Tk, Sales Commission Transport Allowance: 1000 Tk After probation period (6 months).The first 7 working days will be counted as OJT (On Job Training)
