∎ Training/Trade Course: IELTS
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in speaking English, Persistent and resultsoriented

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision Management, International Call Center, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using scripts to provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information
∎ Maintaining communication through Email and Skype

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 21000 (Monthly)
∎ Attendance Bonus: 2000 TkSales CommissionTransport Allowance: 1000 Tk After probation period (6 months).The first 7 working days will be counted as OJT (On Job Training)
