Educational Requirements:
∎ A - Level/ NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, EAST WEST Graduate/ IELTS Band Score 6
∎ Preferences will be given to people who have returned from Foreign Lands where English is the First Language.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, English writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Position: Call Center Executive - International Project - NIGHT SHIFT
∎ Night Shift Schedule: 12 AM - 9AM
∎ Full time - 6 days/week
∎ Part time- 3 days/week

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 19 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST BE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
∎ MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN ENGLISH.
∎ IELTS is a MUST (minimum overall score 6).
∎ Preferences will be given to English medium background.
∎ Experience with International Call Centre will get priority.
∎ Basic Web Development experiences will get preference.
∎ Purely Inbound process. Not a Sales campaign but previous experience in International/US sales campaign will get preference.
