Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC, A Level- Alim (Madrasah), HSC (Vocational)
∎ Minimum S.S.C Passed from any Background.
Job Context:
∎ Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
∎ Fresher`s are also encouraged to apply if & only if you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
∎ Applicants 15 km radius from Gulshan/Banani are encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: Next to Gulshan society mosque
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (8hours)
∎ Duty time : ( 9am to 6pm)- Friday off day
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific clients over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 24 years
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Effective communication skills
∎ Day to day planning and report management ability.
∎ Experienced one will be highly appreciated.
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise during maintaining teams.
∎ Should have good convincing skills and excellent sales skills.
∎ Should be able to maintain a client database.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Plus Commission & Bonus Approximately( BDT. 15,000 - 25,000)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Possessing several types of performance bonuses & having the aspects of communication skills development.
