Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer questions and address complaints
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
∎ Receive letters.
∎ Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
∎ Check, sort and forward emails
∎ Providing & Solving Medical Equipment related issues over the phone call.
∎ Keep updated records and files.
∎ Monitoring delivered products of the Company
∎ Take up other duties as assigned.
∎ Experienced of Digital Marketing will be given Preference.
