Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending incoming call & customers queries.
∎ To verify sales personnel location by mobile tracker.
∎ Credit balance confirmation of distributors.
∎ Cheque confirmation of corporate clients.
∎ Warranty confirmation of distributors & corporate clients.
∎ Database maintaining of distributors & corporate clients.
∎ Determining eligibility of promotional offers.
∎ Documenting client's remarks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years call center experience will get preference.
∎ Age not more than 30 year(s).
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills both English & Bangla.
∎ Should have good command both in MS- Excel & MS-Word.
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
∎ Documentation skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15,000-17,000 (based on experience).
