∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training, Customer Support through Phone, telesales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly
∎ Use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary
∎ Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints and provide solutions
∎ Memorize scripts for products and services, and keep handy for reference during calls
∎ Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring all questions, cancellations and confirmations provide appropriately
∎ Identify opportunities to drive sales and revenue with the company's existing product.
∎ Listening and understanding of customer's complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must have to multiple tasking ability
∎ Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented

Salary: Negotiable
