Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answers inquiries by clarifying bank inbound desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
∎ To make inbound calls to the general population of Bangladesh.
∎ To inform them about new products and services.
∎ To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
∎ To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
∎ To enter the details of every call in the system as required by us.
